Cowboy Wisdoms

(I can't tell you who said most of these, but they're good enough to pass on)

***There's nothing better for the inside of a man than the outside of a horse.****

- If you're not sure where you're goin', don't use your spurs.

-"Courage is being scared to death but saddling up anyway."

-"The best way to find a lost stray is to go to the place you would go if you were a lost stray."

-"Talk low, talk slow, and don't say too much."

-"Never miss a chance to rest your horse."

-"Only a buzzard feeds on his friends."

-"No matter where you go or what you do, keep your saddle and chaps and always know where you can get a good ride."

-" Pick the right horse for the job."

( Alot of these are from the book "Don't Squat With Yer Spurs On" by Texas Bix Bender)

- EAT AMERICAN BEEF!  The west wasn't won on salads!!
